FREE HR Audit’s are always available to new and existing clients. We will evaluate your HR Function for compliance and best practices in HR. The result is a management report, project plan, and suggestions for improving your HR service. This analysis is free and typically takes about 2 hours to complete. AskHR performs the audit on-site and we typically review the following:  employee handbook, benefit plan, recruiting practices, employee training, employee files, pay practices, and other critical areas surrounding HR compliance and employment practices.
